By using plasma AI, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted content for operating, improving, training, evaluating, and developing AI systems, while complying with applicable law. Users may contact us to request opt-out options where required.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, plasma AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, including data loss, system downtime, or third-party content.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless plasma AI, its operators, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the service, violations of these Terms, or unlawful activity.

10. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

All disputes related to these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. Users agree to attempt informal resolution before initiating arbitration.

plasma AI may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the service immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Jurisdiction for legal disputes shall be exclusively in the UK courts.
